Data controller

The data controller is ROSSOVINO SRL — registered office at Via Francesco Bartolozzi 9, 20137 Milano (MI), VAT and tax code 12125370960, REA MI-2642405 — the company operating the Hotel RossoVino group's properties. For any request regarding your data you can write to info@hotelrossovino.it, to the certified email (PEC) rossovino.srl@pec.it, or call the reception of the relevant property.

Data we collect

We collect the data you provide directly to manage bookings and information requests: name, contact details (email and phone), stay dates and any preferences you share. While browsing, technical data (IP address, browser type) may be collected through technical cookies and third-party services.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to: manage bookings and stays (performance of a contract); respond to requests sent by phone, email or WhatsApp (our legitimate interest); comply with legal obligations, including tax and public-safety requirements.

Online bookings

Bookings are handled through the Vertical Booking platform. When you send an availability request, the data entered is also processed by the booking service provider under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and in compliance with legal terms (for example tax and administrative obligations).

Recipients and data transfers

Data may be processed by parties acting as processors on our behalf: the booking-engine provider (Vertical Booking) and the site's technical and hosting providers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Some services (for example Google Maps) may involve transferring data to countries outside the EU: where this happens, the transfer is based on the safeguards required by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@hotelrossovino.it or to the certified email (PEC) rossovino.srl@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it).
